Jennifer Pieracci

Jennifer Pieracci is a professional makeup artist, educator, and beauty industry expert with more than 25 years of experience across artistry, brand leadership, and retail strategy. She previously served as a Director at Kevyn Aucoin Beauty and has worked backstage at New York Fashion Week, collaborating with designers and artist teams while helping translate runway artistry into real-world beauty.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has trained some of the highest-performing makeup artist teams in the country and worked behind the scenes with brands on education, merchandising strategy, and product development. She has partnered with many of the industry’s most respected brands—including MAC Cosmetics, Smashbox, Laura Mercier, RMS Beauty, Stila Cosmetics, Byredo, and Supergoop!, among others.

Jennifer is also a panel speaker on beauty trends and personal expression, known for encouraging a more playful and empowering relationship with cosmetics. Her work centers on helping people approach beauty from a place of creativity and confidence—enhancing what is already there rather than trying to fix what isn’t.
