How To Apply:

Apply along the lash line using small strokes, starting with a thin line and building to your desired thickness. Allow the liner to dry completely and set before touching the eye area.

For added dimension, layer over or pair with Stila Stay All Day® Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner in black.

PRO Tips

For a sharp wing, use the tip of the brush to sketch the outer edge first, then connect it back toward the lash line and fill in. For an editorial or graphic effect, layer metallic or sparkle shades over classic black liner.
