Presto Chango's Magic Seel Matte

A waterproof, sweat proof matte sealer that is safe on skin. Works on all skin types including sensitive skin. Magic Seel is a water based, lightwight, smooth, tack free product that blends into the skin leaving it undetectable. Specially designed to seal in temporary tattoos. Works great on 3D transfers, prosthetics and makeup. Magic Seel can be completely submerged under water without losing its effectiveness. Gentle enough for light makeups and strong enough for special FX makeups. Will not dissolve, burn through or muddy makeups. Safe non-toxic formula. Over 15 years' time tested in the field.

Application:
A little goes a long way. Shake Well. Apply a thin later just enough to wet the skin. Use a sponge or finger to tap sealer into the temporary tattoo, 3D transfers, prosthetic or makeup. Once the sealer is absorbed into the skin stop tamping. Allow to air dry or blow-dry. If surface is still tacky apply another coat. DO NOT apply thick coats. Thick coats will cause flaking and creping. For best results on temporary tattoos use TAT MAT after Magic Seel
