How to apply:
- Skin should be clean, dry and free of oils and makeup
- Cut out tattoo leaving approximately 1/8 inch border. Remove clear top sheet.
- Use the mirror image on the back of the tattoo for precise placement.
- Press tattoo firmly onto the skin, sticky side down.
- Hold wet cloth against back of tattoo. Press down and wet thoroughly.
- Wait 30 seconds (Do Not Rush), then gently peel off the paper. The paper should slide off.
- For professional results, use Hookup Tattoos Matte Sealer
