About Us

Our Studio Service team is a group of in-house staff that specializes in servicing the supply needs of makeup and hair professionals working on TV, Film, Theatre and Haunt productions. This team has been servicing production accounts since 1940 and we understand how critical communication and reliability are when it comes to supplies. Our promise: We get you exactly what you need, where you want it, before you need it. Everytime!


How It Works:

1) Open an Account: Begin by submitting a request to your production accounting department to "Open an Account" with Frends Beauty. You can reach us by calling (818) 691-1294 or emailing acct@frendsbeauty.com. Once your account is set up, any member of your makeup and/or hair department can begin placing orders.

2) Placing Order(s): Simply let our team know what you need, when you need it by and where it needs to be sent. We will ask any questions needed to make sure we know exactly what you need and we promise never to substitute anything without your approval.

3) Order Fulfillment & Delivery: Once we receive your order, our team will begin fulfilling it promptly. We offer free local delivery for productions within a 30 mile radius from our North Hollywood location. We can also ship orders worldwide using trusted couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Packair.

4) Communication and Updates: If any item in your order is out of stock, on backorder, discontinued, or unavailable for any reason, we'll notify you immediately. We never ship incomplete orders without notifying you, and we never substitute any items without your consent. After 85 years of providing this service, we understand the importance of accurate, timely and complete fulfillment, coupled with clear communication.
