Frends Beauty’s Studio Service is our in-house order processing and fulfillment solution designed exclusively for Makeup Artists, Makeup Special FX Artists, Hair Stylists, and Makeup FX Labs working on television or film production jobs.
How It Works:
1) Open an Account: Begin by submitting a request to your production accounting department to "Open an Account" with Frends Beauty. You can reach us by calling (818) 691-1294 or emailing acct@frendsbeauty.com. Once your account is set up, any member of your makeup and/or hair department can begin placing orders.
2) Place Orders: When placing an order, provide our sales team with a PO# (Purchase Order Number) to accompany your order. You can contact our Studio Service sales team directly at (818) 691-1294 or by emailing studio@frendsbeauty.com.
3) Order Fulfillment: Once we receive your order, our team will begin fulfilling it promptly. Depending on your delivery location, we can either locally deliver your order within the general Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas or ship it worldwide using trusted couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Packair.
4) Communication and Updates: If any item in your order is out of stock, on backorder, discontinued, or unavailable for any reason, we'll notify you immediately. We never ship incomplete orders without notifying you and your consent. With almost 30 years of providing this service, we understand the importance of accurate and complete fulfillment, and clear communication is at the heart of our service.
