• Use disposable brushes and clean tools when applying these products.
• Always apply them with skin-safe adhesives, such as Pros-Aide or Telesis.
• Patch test a new product on the actor’s skin first.
• Remove them with the appropriate removers, like Super Solv or Telesis Remover, to protect the skin.

For sensitive areas or prolonged wear, many artists also prep the skin with a protective barrier spray, such as Ben Nye Final Seal or Derma Shield. Following these best practices ensures comfort, safety, and clean removal without irritation.
