Mess Up by OSiS+ is a texturizing matte gum. Provides a matte finish with a dry texture effect. Long-lasting, medium control is great for a tousled and rough look. Gives choppy & rough style definition. Pigments and Carnauba Wax provides an incredible matte & wax effect.
