Leonor Greyl Bain TS Shampooing Balancing Shampoo 6.7oz
Bain TS is our best shampoo for oily scalps and dry ends. When your scalp becomes oily and dry, keeping your hair polished-looking can be a daily struggle. This specialized shampoo is naturally powered by sage, linden, wheat protein and yeast to purify the scalp while hydrating the hair length. Limp and lifeless tresses will be instantly bouncier and more manageable. The refreshing scent of grapefruit is uplifting.
Wet hair thoroughly.
Emulsify a small amount of Bain TS balancing shampoo between your palms.
Apply to the scalp and massage, adding small amounts of water progressively as a gentle lather builds.
Rinse thoroughly.
Pro Tips:
Do you shampoo your hair just once a week? We recommend you wash, rinse, and repeat. Two applications will most effectively remove a week’s worth of buildup from dust, pollution, dry shampoos, and styling products.
For maximum oil control, follow with a spray of Tonique Végétal, our specialized leave-in treatment for unbalanced scalp and hair.

In 1972, Leonor Greyl created Bain TS Shampooing to rebalance oily scalps without drying out the length and ends. This gentle botanically-based formula was a true innovation at a time when leading alternatives were harsh treatments that stripped the scalp more than they treated it. Jean-Marie Greyl chose not to use common clay in his shampoo but turned to plants such as sage (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antiseptic), linden (rich in antioxidants and flavonoids), and yeast (to help relieve excessive sebum production). Wheat protein was added for hair hydration and strength.
