A creamy, dual-ended eye pencil designed for shading, defining, and highlighting features. The pro-wear formula glides on effortlessly for buildable coverage from medium to full pigment. This pencil is designed with one side in a cream-matte finish for shading and defining eyes and the other side in a soft metallic finish, ideal for highlighting eyes and lips. Safe for inner and outer eye lining. Waterproof, smudge-proof, & transfer-resistant formula. Vegan. Cruelty-free and gluten-free.
Use the cream matte end to line eyes from eye lid to inner rim, and/or all over eyelids for a smokier effect. Note there is a 20 second play time to blend out before it sets. Apply the metallic shade to highlight and brighten inner corners of the eye, waterline, and/or all over the eyelid.
