Please Note: Any cosmetics (makeup), skin care, makeup bags, and/or makeup cases may only be returned for credit or exchange if unused and in original "re-sellable" packaging. Cosmetics (makeup), skin care, cosmetic bags, and/or makeup cases will not be accepted for return or exchanged once used or opened.
All Silicone Kits, Foam Kits, Silicone & Foam Tints, Special FX Solvents, Airbrush Makeup, Liquid Body Makeup, Adhesives, Removers, Hair Brushes, Combs, Make Up Brushes, Hair Accessories/Ornaments, Lashes, Wigs, Facial Hair Lace Pieces, may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
We can only refund shipping costs if the reason of the return is a result of Frends Beauty Supply's error. All orders that are "Cancelled", not due to an error on Frends Beauty Supply, will be charged a 6% "Processing Fee" of the total refund dollar amount. The Processing Fee is the fee that "merchants" (Frends Beauty Supply) pay every time a credit card is charged for either debit or refund (3% for the charge, 3% for the refund).
Any products used over 25% of its volume may not be returned under any circumstance.
Only purchases made through www.frendsbeauty.com will be accepted.
We do not accept any return requests for purchases made through other retailers/websites.
All returns must be finalized within 10 business days of the "emailed" Return Authorization date.
All returns requesting settlement after 10 business days of the emailed Return Authorization will not be attemped, nor considered.
All missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the order.
All inquiries of missing or damaged merchandise must be accomodated with a copy of the original invoice included inside the package.

USPS is an "uninsured" shipping service. Regardless what the USPS website promotes, they have not, and will not process any claims, regardless what the reason is for either lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages. USPS does not guarantee shipping times nor delivery dates. Any delivery times and/or delivery dates provided for any USPS service are "estimated" but not warrantied or guaranteed. USPS shipping can sometimes take two weeks, or more, regardless of destination or shipping service provided. We simply offer USPS as a shipping option for any customer who isn’t in a rush for an order, and doesn’t expect an order to arrive by any specific date or time. USPS is a very affordable shipping service for anyone to take advantage of when not in need of their package within any specific deadline.
If you need your products by a specific date or time, we suggest that you choose the FedEx "Express" shipping options, which coincides with the day and time that you need your products. Choose between FedEx Priority or Standard Overnight, FedEx 2-Day, or FedEx Express Saver (3-Day Air).
